Hosted at a stunning location
Sōl retreats are hosted at the stunning and one-of-a-kind location Torre Carrals. Slow down with us at this stylish Mediterranean stay, located in the countryside of Denia at the Costa Blanca.
The spacious location offers endless private and cozy corners to enjoy your time alone. Spaces are filled with serene natural light to recharge and unwind. The outdoor terraces, the sunbeds at the pool or the communal areas invite you to spend time with others.
The location has 10 bedrooms, equally designed with care and love. Where authentic details meet warm minimalist design. Ideal for our intimate retreats centered around 8-10 women.
The rooms are either for private use or shared with two single beds, all featured with panoramic views. The rooms either have an en-suite bathroom or a shared bathroom in the hall.

Transport & Practical information
We have arranged a free transport from Valencia airport to the retreat location. However, be aware that there is just one transfer at 16:00h from Valencia airport.
If your flight arrives earlier or later, you have to arrange your own transport. Or share a taxi with other participants. If you would like any tips about car hire, do not hesitate to send us a message. It's only a 70-minute drive. When you travel by car, there is free parking available at the location.
The check-in time at the location is from 16:00h. Please arrive before 18:00h due to the introduction and start of the program.
The transfer on the day of departure to Valencia airport is scheduled at 13:00h. If you wish to leave earlier or later, you have to arrange your own transport. Be aware that the check-out time at the location is before 14:00h.
If you wish to fly to/from Alicante airport, be aware you have to arrange your own transport to/from the retreat location.
